T44K高速开卷校平剪切生产线  　产品详细介绍 性能特点： 　　该系列生产线用于不同规格的卷料，经过开卷、矫平、剪切成为所需长度和宽度的平整板材。该生产线主要由上料小车、双支撑开卷机、初矫机、精矫机、定心机、横剪机、堆垛装置、伺服传动系统等组成，同时在各机之间配有摆动式中间桥、牵引装置、纠偏装置等。 Performance: 　　The production line is applicable to metal rolls of va rious specifications.Through unrolling leveling and cutting，rolled plates are turned into flat plales of the desired length and width． 　　The production line is chiefly composed feeding cart，double support uncoilling unit,preliminary leveling unit，finishing leveling unit，center-fixing unit，laterally-cutting unit．stacking unit and servot ransmission system．And between the units there are oscillating intermediate bridges，traction devices and deviation-correcting devices.
